We never sat down to write a mission statement.
Instead, we looked at what we were already doing.
As a family-owned business, everything we've built has been rooted in the values that matter most to us: good food, genuine hospitality, and bringing people together.

It all came down to one thing:
Feeding people.
When we started counting in 2026, we realized we had already served 1,146 people.
That's when it clicked.
We weren't just making empanadas or catering events.
We were creating experiences through food, building connections through hospitality, and bringing our community together one meal at a time.
The mission had been there from the beginning.
We finally gave it a name:
