JALAPEÑO & HONEY EVENT BOOKING POLICY
Thank you for your interest in Jalapeño & Honey Catering & Food Camper.
Due to limited availability and high demand, all event requests are reviewed within 24 hours.
If your event is approved, your date will be held for 48 hours pending contract execution and deposit.
PUBLIC EVENTS
Jalapeño & Honey requires one of the following:
• A minimum sales guarantee of $500 OR • A vendor fee waiver approved by Jalapeño & Honey
Private events, corporate events, schools, weddings, and community gatherings are quoted separately and are subject to minimum event spend requirements.
WHAT IS A MINIMUM GUARANTEE?
A minimum guarantee protects the date reserved for your event.
Example:
If Jalapeño & Honey generates $800 in sales, no additional payment is due.
If Jalapeño & Honey generates $350 in sales, the event organizer is responsible for the difference, ensuring a minimum of $500 in revenue.
This allows our team to reserve inventory, staffing, equipment, and event dates while continuing to deliver the Jalapeño & Honey experience our customers expect.
DATE HOLD POLICY
